Tile
Tile is where shortcuts show up first: uneven edges, hollow spots, cracked grout, water where it shouldn't be. We build the layers you'll never see — a flat substrate, proper waterproofing, full mortar coverage — so the layer you do see stays put.

Cabinets
New boxes, full kitchen runs, vanities, and built-ins. Scribed to walls that aren't straight and levelled on floors that aren't flat — which, in Bay Area houses, is most of them.

Flooring
Manufactured flooring and tile floors, installed on a properly prepared subfloor. Transitions, thresholds, and baseboard are handled in the same visit, so the rooms read as one floor instead of a patchwork.

Paint & Trim
The finish carpentry that makes a remodel look intentional instead of patched. New baseboard, casing, and crown, tight miters, caulked and painted — inside and out.
