This involved a re-grout of the counter top and some touch-up paint.

We do patches from dry rot and sun damage frequently. A decision was made on this north-facing panel, to use concrete board, and Durham’s. One porch pillar had to be replaced. It just needs sanding and paint by the client’s painter.

Older homes settle, which means uneven walls and non-planed floors, and out-of-square corners. This is tricky for tile. This client wanted a tile baseboard.
