What we install
From one vanity to a full kitchen
You pick the cabinets. We make them look like they grew there, in old Bay Area houses where nothing is quite level or square.
Kitchen cabinets
Uppers, lowers, tall pantries and islands, from stock, semi-custom and ready-to-assemble lines.
Bathroom vanities
Single and double vanities, wall-hung or floor-standing, set level and secured to the framing.
Trim and finishing
Crown, light rail, fillers, end panels and toe kicks, scribed to the walls so there are no gaps.
Built-ins and shelving
Pantry units, laundry cabinets and open shelving that fit the space you have.
Cabinet resurfacing
When the boxes are sound, new doors, paint or veneer can change a kitchen for a fraction of the cost.
The tile that goes with it
The person who installs the cabinets can install the backsplash and the floor too, in the same visit.

How a good install goes
The part you'll notice every day
Most cabinet problems don't show up on day one. They show up as a door that won't stay closed, a gap at the wall, or a countertop seam that opens over time. That's why the install matters as much as the cabinets.
- Level from a high pointWe find the high spot in the floor and set the whole run from there, so the countertop sits flat.
- Fastened into framingEvery box is screwed into studs, not just drywall, and the boxes are tied together.
- Scribed to the wallsFillers and end panels are cut to follow wavy plaster, so the cabinets look built in.
- Even revealsDoors and drawers are adjusted until the gaps are consistent and everything closes clean.
- Ready for countersThe run is flat, square and solid when the fabricator comes to template.
Why we're faster and cheaper
We're right-sized for your job.
A general contractor is built for ground-up construction: office staff, project managers, subcontractors, permits. That machinery costs money whether your kitchen needs it or not. We do finish work on homes that already exist, so none of it lands on your bill.

Your cabinets, in hand
You buy them. We help you get it right.
You order the cabinets, with our advice, at your price. We don't mark them up. A few things make install day go smoothly:
Order early
Lead times vary a lot by brand. We schedule once everything has arrived, so nothing stalls halfway.
Check the boxes
Open each carton when it's delivered. A damaged door found on day one can take weeks to replace.
Send the order list
With the list and a layout, we can check fillers, panels and trim before anything is installed.
Questions
Before you send photos
How can you price cabinet installation from photos?
Between your photos, the layout and the cabinet order, we can see the room, count the boxes and spot the tricky parts, like out-of-level floors or walls that aren't straight. If something needs a closer look, we'll say so before you commit.
How long does an install take?
Most cabinet installs are done in about a week, often less. One lead stays on your job until it's finished instead of splitting time between sites.
Do you install ready-to-assemble cabinets?
Yes. Assembly is part of the price, and we'll tell you in the estimate how much time it adds.
Can you do the backsplash, floor or trim too?
Yes. We're cross-functional, so the same person can install the cabinets, the tile backsplash, the floor and the trim. One schedule, one point of contact, no waiting between trades.
Do you do countertops?
Stone and quartz counters come from a fabricator, who templates once the cabinets are in. We set the cabinets so that step goes smoothly.
